Delicious Mandunggo


I just happened to miss quite a few of my favorite dishes in the Chinese cuisine namely mandunggo to which is cow's stomach.  In the Dimsum restaurant, it's prepared with a semi-spicy recipe to which I really love it in a semi-tenderized preparation to where it's not too tender nor too tough- just chewy in the right way where the flavors are well-preserved.  It comes along with that delicious sauce that is extracted from the cow's stomach in itself.  It does taste good going along with steamed fried rice prepared in genuine authentic Chinese style, not just ordinary steamed rice prepared for generic reasons.  Well I just thought this is one food item that I wish got featured in Dairanger. :P
