Vegetarian Retreats...

Okay I do eat meat but there are times I do love to take a vegetarian retreat so I decided to really write on the side of me that would want to eat no meat and all vegetables whenever possible... here are tasty treats to a meatless diet...


Vegetable salads can be fun to have.  Not cook, just washed clean makes the vitamins and minerals in the vegetable salad.  Get creative but I prefer not to have dressings that much.  However having white cheese can be nice together with Italian bread.


Mock meat made from gluten and soy proteins are really tastier than meats!  Ha ha!  Making gluten at home is good... however for those with celiac disease... AVOID IT PLEASE!!!!


Tofu dishes can be fun especially if they're meat free and gluten is used instead of meat.


Never forget tomato sauce!!!!  It's rich in lycopene which is an anti-cancer agent!


And another... vegetarian pasta!  Woohoo!


Olive oil is a good flavoring but coconut oil can do for poorer people that is for frying.


Garlic bread is also good for this retreat... to be honest these Italian breads taste better without any meat!
