I remembered having a long drive from the city to the province or an island hopping trip to get some fresh oysters. What makes them so special is that you get to buy them when they're newly caught. Pretty much, here's how I love to prepare my oysters... and of course DO NOT forget the lemon.
One is boiled oysters. I pretty much love fresh oysters being boiled.
Another variation I love is the baked oysters which gives another feel. I remembered eating lots of these during a family reunion during an island trip. Yummy!
