There's the trope called "laser guided karma" because sad to say, there are some karma houdinis (but not forever). Most of them die without a trigger or somebody killing them but by their own actions.
Now for some examples:
One of my favorite examples in Tokusatsu (in the Sentai genre) is Kiros himself. Kiros was pretty much an evil perverted thief who lusted after Ial. So pretty much, it leads him to do EVERYTHING just to get her, even if it meant doing a lot of bad things even cheat Baraba to his own death just so he could have Ial. If that's not all, lusting after Ial causes him to even try to blackmail Oyobur. His reasons for protecting Ial were out of lust. So he has Ial but not her heart, in fact his greed got the best of him when he was finally dying while he was seeing Takeru and Ial reunite while he saw what he could never really have.
Gaston in the Disney movies is another, back when Disney rocked a lot more than it is today thanks to Miley Cyrus and management of quality by the bad higher ups. I really love how his death was written- he was conceited, lustful and always going after Belle. So he wants to kill Beast and this false hero thinks he can get away with everything, in fact he doesn't even think he's evil, he considers himself righteous and all. Overall, he's filled with pride and his lust was something that he didn't consider wrong. When he couldn't have Belle, he decided to kill Beast as a final act of revenge and falling down to his death was a very karmic death indeed.
Perhaps my laser guided karma work as of recent has to be in episode eight of "Super Sentai vs. Nickelodeon" namely "Demolition Greedy" where Mr. Krabs' own greed for money became his downfall. So Mr. Krabs is running an evil demolition derby and he doesn't care how many people die paying up money for their injured players and even if Pearl risks her neck in that whole derby as long as he gets money. He was so bad Spongebob and Patrick left him and Squidward joined forces with the two morons to get rid of him as well as the Go-ongers. Pretty much Sosuke and Spongebob managed to send Pearl hurling into the air and into outer space, while believing she was dead they pursued Mr. Krabs to delete him. While attempting to eliminate Mr. Krabs, Plankton and Karen in one fell swoop, Pearl crashes down on the three of them killing them while Mr. Krabs was trying to get his own money which he loves more than anything. The Go-ongers didn't get to delete him, Mr. Krabs' own karma killed him- death by stupidity!
