Filipino scientists and doctors are still left baffled at the COVID-19 or Legacy Virus mutating into several strains. Representative Sarah Elgago was last seen admitted (but released today) due to her contracting Noy-COVID-19. Recently, Jover Laurio was rushed to the Patrick Star hospital after she developed symptoms such as high fever, coughing, and sneezing. She was not feeling well after she was last seen helping out Buhay Tanga together with Vice President Leni Loud Robredo and Igat Isidro. Leni Loud confirmed that she made a call at the Patrick Star Hospital after Jover got sick.
The Patrick Star Hospital was confirmed to have collected Jover's blood sample. A mysterious new disease is labeled as Trillanes-COVID-19. A medical team from Taiwan had studied and realized that a new strain of COVID-19 was developed. It was confirmed by virologists that the COVID-19 is capable of mutating depending on the host. Trillanes' travel records were searched and it was revealed that he went to China last December 2019. Reasons, why Trillanes went to China, have not been disclosed. However, it is suspected that he was probably meeting Chinese drug triads. It was later confirmed that Trillanes caught a mild version fo COVID-19 and was released immediately. He was admitted to the Makati Medical Center shortly after Nobita Aquino was released. Recent biological laboratory research has shown it to more airborne than the first strain of COVID-19. It is said that it spreads 1,000 times faster than the regular COVID-19 virus.
Jover was seen admitted to a regular patient's room at the Patrick Star Hospital. It turns out that she has displayed conditions said to be "unique" from COVID-19 and Noy-COVID-19. She was last seen talking without ceasing that she had to be given tranquilizers. The virus was revealed to be easily spread by the slightest saliva that she had to be transferred to the ICU. Doctors were required to wear heavier protective suits in attending to Jover than they had to Sarah. Jover was last seen demanding to have her freedom and calling for Chito Gascon and Leni Loud to save her.
