Hummer Team was that low-tier pirating team that created unofficial NES games. Yes, that also included that HORRID Super Mario World bootleg that was too good to be true. However, the news that Sony is riding the hype for discless gaming caused me to have a strange dream. Hummer Team returned out of the blue! The Hummer Team that gave the HORRID Mortal Kombat demakes suddenly pirated MK9 intact and became an archivist. This mod of the now probably "abandoned"  Mortal Kombat (2011) game seems to partly mimic the bloated Mortal Kombat Trilogy . In my dream, Hummer actually placed the classic tunes or even well, absurdly, the Hummer themes in the options menu. It made me laugh as one could even hear the Hummer themes if you set them in the options. My dream was strange because the game played in its PS3 glory while also letting you experience the "Hummer tunes". It's really something when absurd dreams happen! 

Here's a bit of a throwback post that I felt like doing. I did previously write about the Hummer Team bootleggers . I decided to end that long childhood nightmare by playing it online, using the SAVE STATES, and deciding just how horrendous it is. I did get a PS2 "SNES Station" which is nothing more than an unofficial bootleg and managed to finish Super Mario World which had an SNES emulation of the SNES game. Well, I did beat the emulation a couple of times already with quality controls.  I remembered thinking I had a legit copy of the game. It became my constant source of frustration I never had the real deal. I felt so bad that my parents never gave me a Super NES. However, we ended up having a Sony Playstation but I was in high school. Video games became my escapism during those irritating teenage years. Ever remembered the NES era when the dying NES was facing off against higher systems such as the Super NES, the first Playstation, the Sega systems, and many more. I was just a naive person who thought that the Super Mario World cartridge I had on the NES back then was by Nintendo. Boy, was I in for a rude awakening when I rented a Super NES back then. I never had the system so I ended up using emulators, as a result, to play then. Lately, I've had bad blood with Nintendo due to their extreme policy against fan games unlike what Sega did. Maybe, it's because Sega finally let me have pieces of my missing childhood when they stopped making game consoles and focused on making games for consoles. I never thought that the game was produced by the Taiwanese bootleg team Hummer which I think may have been sacked for copyright infringement.
