I just remembered the time I was shocked to learn that Toei created its own version of Spiderman with permission from Marvel. Some Super Sentai purists or better called Super Sentai retards (or Sentards) from the Philippines have the habit of blaming Power Rangers to why Super Sentai isn't airing in the Philippines (which is fine for me, never mind I had to rewatch Maskman and Bioman with subs due to all the BAD DUBS).  Again, I couldn't get over how the Filipino Sentards are always saying stuff like, "Power Rangers ruins the chances of Super Sentai returning to the Philippines." Let me get this straight that I am a former Super Sentai purist (who had a hatred for Power Rangers after learning about Zyuranger) and later, I realized that Power Rangers IS part of Toei.  Whether you like it or not, even if Saban sticks "Saban's" to Power Rangers, Toei was always part of the production in the sense, Saban has the RIGHTS to produce Power Rangers out from whatever resources Toei gives them.  So as of late, I don't like the current direction of Power Rangers (from post-Ninja St...

The fan wars is getting old and not to mention CANCEROUS... the comments from both sides are giving me cancer especially with their childish agenda of getting rid of Power Rangers, calling it bootleg and well you know what I mean... or some Powtards too. I'm amazed that a lot of other people who are carrying out the fan wars are ADULTS?! I can understand if it were a group of toddlers but ADULTS?! Come on, I've heard that the leader of this movement is already 28 years old and the other officers are in their late 20s... doesn't that sound really freaking childish? I can understand why I was a Sentai purist back in my teenage years, it was only because I didn't know any better. Looking at Saban's past, he tried to adapt Kamen Rider Black RX simply as "Masked Rider" but it was more Mashed Rider than anything because it was pretty terrible.  I mean, bad acting, poor humor... and lots of poor editing which really soured up Shotaro Ishinomori.  When PR Samurai returned, there were talks of the upcoming Power Rider series (which never happened) while an April Fool's joke of Kamen Rider Fourze getting adapted.  Now let's take a look at Toei's part: True that Kamen Rider Fourze if ever adapted, will mean more toys to sell in America BUT let's face it, Super Sentai has more toys to sell.  When Saban adapts Sentai into Power Rangers, Power Rangers toys are mostly dependent on what Super Sentai has to offer.  In short, Toei may have already seen the difference of toy sales between one after the other.  So why did Toei allow Saban to skip Gobusters?  I would believe it was because Gobusters had low toy sales and Kyoryuger would bring...

Well I hardly write about Power Rangers since I'm not really a huge fan of it though I respect it as the series that gave Toei bucks from the U.S.  But here are some factors that can cause my fandom with Power Rangers to go up and down, puh-lease don't even ask my Super Sentai blog to be a place for immature haters like Arnold and Risky.  Now moving on... I'd like to share my thoughts why my Power Rangers fandom can shake with ups and downs. As a Tokusatsu fan, I would admit that I tend to be die hard most of the time.  Now I'd like to write why I tend to get Toku adaptation phobia.  Here are the reasons: Useless characters tend to appear.  I did enjoy Bulk and Skull as a child but as time went by, I find them an old shame to the point I'd rather watch Black RX (which I still enjoy).  Adding characters that don't contribute at all just is a waste of space.  But my worst hatred goes to Cassidy and Devin as portrayed above.  Plus they overact a lot too.  I really hate having useless characters. I would say characters can be an issue later on like in the Kalish era of Power Rangers.  I don't want to start picking fights though I'd really would like to give some of my complains starting with SPD.  Some of you like SPD but I do have to say that I prefer Dekaranger over SPD for these reasons.  First, Ban may be a screaming red who's very rash but he definitely is not the typ...
