The Complicated World Of Mixing Green Screen And Outdoor Productions

Nobody says movie productions haven't been easy. I wish I had written this last year because Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger had a huge budget. Rewatching the first Jurassic Park movie from my childhood can be nostalgic. The whole movie magic process involves animatronics, actual locations, and some CGI locations depending on what's needed.  Creating this scene requires a lot of complex actions. Filming inside and outside the gyrosphere can be challenging. Filming cockpit scenes is harder than I expected. What amazes me is the time and dedication that the crew had in filming these scenes.

A Strange Case Of Where Secondary Villains Are More Popular Than The Main Villains

Not every main villain is that interesting isn't it? Well there are a couple of old school films that I would like to dig (and these are ADULT films) namely Robocop and later Darkman. I never dreamed that these movies were for adults because of a Robocop NES game and that awful Darkman NES game (way before the Mortal Kombat franchise forced the ratings board to come to life). Now I'd like to discuss about those secondary villains that were really way more interesting than the main villain.  Robocop has the case of Clarence Boddicker working for OCP Senior President Dick Jones. Yes, Jones is the main villain but I thought he was flat out and boring. The only edge he seems to have is that he had lots of money and his alliance with Clarence Boddicker. Without which -- Jones would just be a sitting duck in the OCP company. So what makes Boddicker way more interesting? He doesn't only get the most screen time but he's also responsible to why Alex Murphy ended up d...

Clash of the Titans Original vs. Remake

Well it's time to show how some remakes tend to be terrible when they are not maintained.  Now to compare the two version of Clash of the Titans with these analysis.  I have seen the original version and the remake.  Now for each one: First I'd like to talk about the role of Perseus.  So far, both Perseuses don't cut down to mythological accuracy which is okay, as long as it's done right.  For me, Sam Worthington does make a good Perseus and so does Harry Hamlin.  However plotwise, the Perseus of the original from 1981 had a much better execution for me.  For 2010 version, I do like the fact he was able to figure out Zeus was his father but the whole event was that, the 1981 version just has the better execution and character development, also with the plot where Perseus stays the grandson of Acrisius rather than stepson, which sticks to the plot of where his mother Danae was thrown into the sea because his maternal grandfather was afraid of the pro...

Some Eye Candy Show Stealers and Movies

Well here are list of films I thought really had significant eye candies that sort of "steal the show".  It's a sad fact really that men can be very superficial. Raw Justice is a pretty bad movie for me with plot and execution.  For one, I thought that the plot is so poorly executed but you'll have to admit that a much younger Pamela Anderson was so smoking hot before she had all those surgeries!  She's got a very minor role in here but she basically got focused by some critics.  To be honest, using her as a cover wasn't very good considering she is not the main character but if she was, it'd be okay. Power Rangers: The Movie... yup that non-canon film where Lord Zedd and Rita both screwed up major time but later resumed power at the end of it.  I would admit that Amy Jo Johnson was really a smoking hot babe, for me she stole my attention from the rest of it.  I think she basically stole some attention in PR Turbo which was for me the worst PR film e...

Hollywood and Movies Based on Video Games = Bad Mix?

Well as a critic, I thought that here's some things I thought about Hollywood and the movies based on video games.  Now here are some: The Super Mario Movie- I really thought as a child, this movie seemed exciting on paper BUT this movie is fucking stupid.  Why?  It just doesn't feel like a Super Mario adaptation compared to the Super Mario cartoons produced by DIC.  One way or another this movie is HORRIBUFUCKUSLY stupid.  So yeah, it's pretty much where it doesn't even look kid friendly nor appealing.  So when did King Koopa start to look human huh?  In fact, it's so horrible nothing like a Super Mario adaptation that's good, it's so horrible it's so bad. The Mortal Kombat films- I had my thought that as a Mortal Kombat fan, I began to complain about the execution.  The first film was somewhat tolerable BUT I thought that everything is so pointless just right after I played Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition's Story Mode.  There's r...
