It's sad to see Shippaiman go but Toei Ltd. announced it was just going to be a mini-series. The final episode "Shippaiman's End" managed to get a lot of views. Actor Osamu Sakuta said, "Shippaiman the mini-series was probably the best short series Toei ever came out with. But don't worry we'll still have two Shippaiman movies coming out. One is a Shippaiman/Kamen Rider crossover and the other will be a Shippaiman/Zyuohger crossover. Be ready for those two movies." The final episode involved the Winsbraindraft team leading the rebellion. During the final episode, Shippaiman and Noopaiwoman get into an actual action-filled finale fighting against Takeru and Jules. The rest prepare to oust the incompetent Prime Minister Nobita along with all his cohorts. Due to their incompetence and the newly awakened Japanese people, they all literally throw the lousy parliament into the trash can.

Two Super Sentai seniors Ayumi Kinoshita and Nao Nagasawa guest star in the 13th episode of Shippaiman. The plot involved Ayumi Kinoshita playing as the corrupt revenue officer Keiko Haneda and Nao Nagasawa playing as a sushi entrepreneur known as Lily Utsugi. Keiko herself has been overtaxing the Japanese people with unfair tax rates where they pay 32% for an excess of 1,000,000 yen. On the other hand, she protected all her allies who give her money under the table. Both Shippaiman and Noopaiwoman perform feats of heroism telling the Japanese people that the tax rates are justifiable. Jules disguised herself as a customer to find out what's going on at the local sushi bar. There she discovered that Keiko has been receiving bribe money from Lily. During this episode, Sayaka Akimoto assumes her role as Pia Wakamatsu where she's about to be extorted. This is a sinister plan of Senator Bum who desired to have Pia to be one of his mistresses. Tetsuo Morishita who previously played Dr. Hinelar now appears as Akio Royama the head of the Japanese Bureau of Customs. In this episode, it's revealed that a lot of Japanese people forced to labor in other countries due to Prime Minister Nobita's economic restrictions saying that "it will lead Japan to its golden age". As many Overseas Japanese Workers arrive from the U.S., China, South Korea and Singapore, Akio was harassing them demanding exorbitant fees while Chinese crooks are now given their privilege to enter their dangerous inventory without question. The Winsbraindraft team have been alarmed by a number of illegal Chinese staying in Japan. Keiichi Wada plays as an unnamed Chinese drug lord only known as Long (Dragon). The episode also shows how Shippaiman and Noopaiwoman intend to "arrest" Long to make themselves look good. Shippaiman's latest episode features Satoru Saito acting as Joe Horimoto who acts as Narita International Airport's manager. In this episode, the Bullet Gang has planted stray bullets into the bags of unsuspecting tourists in Japan. The bullet gang schemers were played by Ryo Ryusei and Ryota Ozawa. They planned to gain money through frame-ups. All Joe offered to tourists is to wrap their bags in plastic which offers no real solutions. Worse, Joe made them pay up extremely high fees every time they caught some bullets in their bags. Ciara Hanna arrived as a guest star for the Shippaiman episode. Her character Gia Jordan appeared to as a tourist in the episode. Gia got angry when she's unjustly framed up. Troy tried to help her out but to no avail. Takeru and Gregory had their investigation leading to Joe's neglect allowed both scam artists Daigo and Marvelous (named after their Super Sentai counterparts) to flourish. Yutaka Hirose who plays as Prime Minister Nobita in Shippaiman praised Naruhisa Arakawa's comedy in the show. Trying to rehash the episode in Akibaranger "Our Pain! Yellow Mama!" we now have another fictional character Nobisuke Tokugawa (PM Nobita's dad, also played by Yutaka Hirose only in flashback) and his mother Tamako Chikamoto-Tokugawa (played by Megumi Mori only in flashback) were given "honors" as heroes. During the death anniversary of Nobisuke and Tamako who were heroes who corrected Ieyasu Tokugawa's mistakes, the son shows himself to be what he is... a free rider. The episode caused a massive protest by former president Nobita's fanatical followers outside the Japanese embassy demanding Shippaiman to be canceled. In the latest Shippaiman episode, Atsuko Takahata guest stars as an economic professor named Reiko Maribaron who's accused of being a witch by tabloid journalism. Japan becomes a real dump no thanks to Prime Minister Nobita. He orders Kashiya Sano to hunt down Professor Maribaron because she's now using "witchcraft" to "corrupt" the Japanese people. Due to Kashiya's idioicy, some of the crowd believe that Reiko is a witch and they start hunting her down. The episode took some elements from the Monty Python and the Holy Grail movie. Professor Reiko gets surrounded by Shippaiman and Noopaiwoman who declare her to be a witch. They dress her up as one and blame her for the earthquake that happened. The gullible people buy it which results to Winsbraindraft interfering. With proof that Reiko was no witch and that she speaks the truth about Prime Minister Nobita's economic policies, they manage to rescue her from an angry crowd of gullible Japanese. ...

This week's Shippaiman episode focuses on another of Nobita Aquino's incompetence during his term. During this episode, Prime Minister Nobita, Manabu and Bum skip the important earthquake drill because of the release of new DLC character named Tremor in Mortal Kombat X. Ryuuichirou Nishioka appears as a guest star for the episode as the dismissed welfare officer Matoi Nishioka. The other guest star is Kaya Hirasawa who previously played as Denus in GoGoFive acts as the sinister Koko Sogabe. Koko was guilty of giving rotten relief goods to the earthquake victims and typhoon victims. Because of Japan's frequent earthquakes, Matoi runs an earthquake drill on National Earthquake Drill day. He berates Prime Minister Nobita for his incompetence saying that earthquakes are no joke. Not satisfied with just tackling the MRT Issue , episode writer Yoshio Urasawa now presents the issue with traffic. Super Sentai senior actor Yuji Kishi plays as a guest star in this episode. He's the dumped off transportation minister of Japan. Yoshihiro Fukoda resumes his role as Joben Abunami in this episode. Kishi's character Kyousuke Kishi was fired by the incompetent prime minister for criticizing the latest scheme. After his dismissal, Abumani kept telling the Japanese people that traffic is not fatal. Worse, Prime Minister Nobita lies to the Japanese people it's a sign of progress. No thanks to the mismanagement, Tokyo gets stuck in a one week traffic jam. The Winsbraindraft start to analyze Joben's claims and layouts to "fix traffic". The latest Shippaiman episode now addresses the problem of slow Internet. In a dystopian Japan now ruled by Prime Minister Nobita, Internet has become slowest in the whole of Asia. In this episode, Kunihiko Ooshiba appears as a guest star. He plays as Engineer Kenta Ooshiba (a combination of his character in Megaranger and him) to investigate Japan's now super slow Internet. The whole problem of Japan's super slow Internet is that Prime Minister Nobita kicked out all non-Japanese Internet companies and left them with JLDT and World. Japanese people are forced to choose only between two sucky Internet services. With that in mind, Prime Minister Nobita also endorses Japanese Economic Protectionism in honor of his ancestor Ieyasu Tokugawa. During this time, Engineer Ooshiba is now a wanted man. Due to Shippaiman's popularity, Toei decided to create two movies. The first movie is called "The Rise of the Empire of Shocker". The second movie is called "The Zyuohgers Are Outlaws?!" Toei Ltd. called Shippaiman as a new generation parody Super Sentai. Producer Shinichiro Shirakura now explains what goes on with Shippaiman's two movies. "Shippaiman's first movie is an alternate retelling of events from the Showa Era and Heisei Era of Kamen Rider. You saw Ryoma Takeuchi act as Kotaro Minami instead of Tetsuo Kurata. A lot of new school actors will be playing as old school characters in this movie due tot he amount of time that has passed. In the latest Shippaiman episode, the plot now involves an invasion of the Xenomorphs from the Aliens franchise. Toei asked for permission from 20th Century Fox to use the plot. During the episode, Xenomorphs are parodied in a battle to save Japan with Spaceballs Humor injected. The episode begins with the Kamen Rider Kabuto episode and the episode has Hiro Mishizuma as a guest star. In this episode. Andrew Michael Gray takes a short role as Dr. Burrows who decides to help out Winsbraindraft. Ciara Hanna's character is only seen in a cameo as a model for America. As Shippaiman becomes a huge sensation for what's intended to be a short-term series, Ryoma Takeuchi and Rio Uchida  both showed up to play as alternate versions of old school Kamen Rider characters. Takeuchi plays as an alternate version of Kotaro Minami and Uchida plays as an alternate version of Reiko Shiratori. Since Shippaiman happens in the "What If Universe" of Toei or just anything goes, a timeline distortion happens. In this episode, the Kingdom of Shocker accidentally opens a dimesional gate to Shippaiman's dimension in the year 2016. They find out that they didn't take over Japan. Shippaiman's latest episode "The Hanma Gang" focused on the ridiculous proposal of Mar Roxas to ban the sales of hammers in the malls. In this Shippaiman episode, the Hanma Gang is acted by the Ninninger cast (as guest characters using their first names in Ninninger but no surname was given). The Ninningers now play as villains who wreck havoc in Japan using hammers to cause trouble around Japan. Manabu Rokuda stupidly proposed a new countermeasure that will ban the sales of hammer in the malls of Japan to counter the Hanma Gang. The recent problem has that the Hanma Gang has caused damage to several malls in Akihabara. Several Filipino tourists were injured off-screen by the Hanma Gang and were hospitalized. Worse, the new cast member Chikako Sonozaki (acted by Mie Nanamori) is the new welfare minister of Japan. While Toei still waits for Andrew Michael Gray, Ciara Hanna and Sayaka Akimoto to arrive in Japan for the filming of "The Prime Minister's Rumored Girlfriend", the latest Shippaiman episode had outraged Joseph Pabaya and outgoing President Nobita Aquino. The episode of Shippaiman showed that Japan's bullet trains were all deteriorating under the watch of Joben Abunami, the transportation secretary of a dystopian Japan. The Prime Minister Nobita hired him based on the padrino system. This week's guest in Shippaiman is Yoshihiro Fukoda. He played as Minoru Uesagi in Gekisou Sentai Carranger. Based on the episode he lost his Accel Changer and where he couldn't morph, the series' current episode showed more lack of judgment on the part of Prime Minister Nobita. Shippaiman Episode Two entitled "Hostage Fiasco" caused an outrage. Kenichi Endo did a dual guest role. He plays as big time tycoon Rukio Tanaka who owns a liquor manufacturing plant. The other role Endo plays is as the hostage taker Rorando Medora. The whole episode had several hostages taken from the Philippines who were going to Japan for a tour. It caused an uproar from Filipinos and Nobita loyalists. The episode featured Kenichi Endo in a dual role. Prime Minister Nobita was seen having a good time while a bus full of Filipinos was hostaged by Medora. Medora is a fired police chief in Japan for accepting bribes. Medora wanting to be reinstated takes a group of Filipinos hostage. The rescue team sent by President Nobita are incompetent. It's shown President Nobita was at Tanaka's social gathering, unwilling to use any of his power to move during the hostage crisis. During the episode, Shippaiman fails yet again.

The comedy series where Osamu Sakuta stars as the pseudo-hero Shippaiman hits the record high for its first episode. While Super Sentai and Kamen Rider airs on Sunday mornings on Super Hero Time, Shippaiman aired last night on 7:00 P.M. Shippaiman becomes the most watched television program during its first episode for the last four years. Ratings have been down since Go-Busters up to Ninninger. But Shippaiman broke the scale even at the first day outdoing Super Sentai, Power Rangers and Kamen Rider which are Toei's list of ongoing intellectual properties. Sakuta said, "I didn't expect Shippaiman to break the scale. Akibaranger sure had some followers but this one is unexpected. The comedy Tokusatsu series have stolen the ratings from Zyuohger and Kamen Rider Ghost. We never intended this comedy show to be for children but... how in the world did we get such ratings?!" Sakuta was surprised at the number of viewers that watched Shippaiman on TV-Asahi.

The current head of the hacienda is the bachelor Nobita Tokugawa. The members of the Hacienda Tokugawa forged an alliance with the Rokudas to take over Japan. But as time passed, their approval ratings declined so they sought to turn Manabu into a super hero but instead, he becomes a super failure. Mari Kouno plays as Kashiya Sano, Shippaiman's ever ambitious wife. Ever since Japan fell into a starstruck culture, she aims to become the first lady of Japan. Just a day or two after Toei's announcement that Shippaiman was already on the works, senior actor Osamu Sakuta decides to star as the main character Manabu Rokuda. Producer Naomi Takebe who's put in charge of Shippaiman's production stated, "Perfect! Osamu Sakuta is the guy we need to play as the false hero Manabu Rokuda." Osamu Sakuta was last seen reading "Sa Gitna Ng Unos" translated into Japanese. He replied, "I knew Machine Man didn't have so much good ratings. I wouldn't mind playing Shippaiman for comedy reasons. I've always wanted to act as that idiot Mar Roxas to at least teach his wife a lesson for wishing the tsunami will hit Japan." The writing cast of Shippaiman now involve Yoshio Urasawa and Naruhisa Arakawa. The series is scheduled to run for at least 26 episodes of pure nonsense. After a Filipino staff member of Saban Brands (who did not want to disclose herself) was given a copy of "Sa Gitna Ng Unos" meaning "In the Middle of the Storm". Saban was able to get an English version of the comic strip and called it a huge pile of garbage but thought it might make a great comedy series. Saban flew off to Japan to meet Toei's CEO Noriyuki Tada and gave a copy of the comic book. With a translator at hand, Tada said that the whole comic book was a big pile of garbage but it gave him an idea. Inspired by the event where Roxas sought to become a Kamen Rider and failed miserably, both parties agreed to name the series Shippaiman. Shippai means failure in Japanese. The story of Shippaiman takes place that a huge storm hit Akihabara. Shippaiman tries to become a superhero but his henshin powers only makes the situation worse.
