My Odd Preferences Of Japanese Entertainment Over Korean Entertaiment, Korean Food Over Japanese Food

I don't really deny that I tend to be more of a guy who enjoys Japanese entertainment over Korean entertainment (though that seems to shift now in the area of TV dramas). However, I do end up enjoying Korean food more than Japanese food. I used to enjoy Japanese food (a lot) aside from Chinese food and Filipino food. I got into Indian food and Middle Eastern food. Then I thought about getting into Korean food due to my love for strong flavors. So why did I end up liking Korean food over Japanese food? I find most Japanese food to be kind of bland. Korean food? Well, there's simplicity and the deliciousness. Take for example some of the Korean beef soups like ox bone soup, ox head soup, and ox knee soup. I thought the process was that complex due to the slow process. You can imagine the need to soak the beef in cold water for that long. However, the ingredients are usually some salt, pepper, green onions, and garlic while they are slow-cooked. Some Japanese foods are more com...

For The Love Of Classical Music And Oldies Songs In The Digital Age

I do enjoy modern stuff except that there are some instances where I can be an old schooler. I can enjoy a lot of modern shows but not much of their soundtrack. I even watch newer K-Drama but I really don't mind the soundtrack unless it's really that good. So, I thought about it that no matter how progress comes - there will always be some old school stuff that will simply evolve and get upgraded. I may no longer like the hassle of cassettes and the phonograph but they sure played a lot of good music. The digital age was slowly developing in the late 90s and the 2000s and now it's 2020. Cassettes were getting replaced with CD Roms then you get MP3s. Then you have i-Tunes where you can buy those songs. Modern music may be coming, there's some good modern music, but my mindset is always, "It's never about caring only if something is new. It's all about making sure what's new is good." Then I think about how MP3 technology allows you to organize y...

The cast of Ryusoulger was last seen bonding with actor Metal Yoshida for their upcoming project together. The plot involves the long-extinct caldera in Japan known as Mashu Volcano. A High School Infatuation That I Took Too Seriously

Sometimes, I wonder why I even fell for a girl thinking she was so hot when she was not. Bad taste? Maybe. But I was thinking about all the traits that would make me want her. The girl resembled Shin Hye Sun in some way. I find it amazing right now I could watch through anything with Shin Hye Sun without really thinking about the girl or my mother's uncalled-for reaction toward her face. If anybody was truly physically THAT UGLY - I'd say it was my so-called first love who I label as "Mileena". I could remember how I depreciated myself because of her "perfection" when she wasn't. I struggled in high school but she was on the top. I could remember the time I actually had Disney's Beauty and the Beast as an inspiration for going after her. I imagined myself as a cursed beast needing her to break the spell. She may not be Belle externally but she was, at least, internally. She had Belle's love for reading and that drew me to her. I could consid...
