Remembering The Time I Played Japanese Video Games And Watched Japanese TV Shows WITHOUT Understanding Anything At All

As a 90s child and a 2000s teenager - one of the many things I could remember was playing video games without understanding ANYTHING. Yes, we're talking about Japanese entertainment. What truly upsets me with Japan right now is their lack of aggressiveness in the international market. Also, I think about screw it over with Japanese exclusive stuff. Now, time to throwback to the time when I actually DID PLAY video games and watched TV shows without understanding A WORD because as said - I'm not really Japanese myself ! As said, my pseudonym is based on the name Robert AKIZUKI (Kotaro Minami's dub name in Tagalog) which served as a nickname in my childhood. So, let's get started now, shall we? Who could remember having played the JAPANESE version of Street Fighter or Megaman called as Rockman ? I could remember back when we still had the Nintendo Famicon - I had some Rockman cartridges and wondered why they were in Japanese and Megaman was in American-English. Who can rem...

Random Weird Rant: Vanessa Hessler's "Beauty And The Beast" Marriage With Gianni Nunnari

Odd couples aren't exactly uncommon, right? Well, weird not because of the physical mismatch but because of the age gap. Vanessa Hessler's husband is 29 years older than she is. The marriage happened I think last 2014 or 2015 as they now have a five-year-old daughter named Catarina. I noticed she had a knack for older men such as her late boyfriend Mutassim Gadaffi who was 15 years her senior.  I think the whole stepmother-stepdaughter relationship can be weird. I think her stepdaughter Giuilla Nunnari is only in her late 20s and she's in her early 30s. Vanessa marrying a man with a daughter just like a sister feels weird. Yet, she somehow gets along with her stepdaughter. I do feel weird that somehow if you can get along with a stepchild who's just like a sibling since you're married to a person old enough to be your parent. Though I feel her marriage here is much better than if she ended up with the son of the late tyrant Muammar Gadaffi. It's nice to see th...

Jacqueline Scislowski Picture For November 17, 2020

Got a guilty confession that I was willing to sit through Beast Morphers for her but looks like I'm still no fan of Power Rangers, huh?

Gracie Dzienny Picture For November 17, 2020

  She's looking naturally pretty here!

Catriona Gray As Poison Ivy?

She's looking rather seductive here even if there's some flesh-tone covering.

Why Microtransactions Overload Could Kill Modern Gaming In The Long Run

I'm a casual gamer and I don't deny it. I still think about how I actually enjoyed how the seventh-generation console gameplay for many reasons. The death of cheat devices and introducing the trophy system. That means you CANNOT cheat at all to achieve stuff like paying Ludger's ridiculous loan in Tales of Xillia 2 or in finishing off the hardest difficulty in Mortal Kombat (2011) . However, I was thinking about how paid microtransactions started. Yup, from mobile gaming (which I quit because of that) up to console gaming. Then, I think about how I probably regret buying Mortal Kombat 11 (though I seldom play it - I'm NEVER getting Aftermath in protest to what they did to Sindel) just to play as a balanced Shao Kahn for free. I mean, there was Mortal Kombat XL which was the compensation package because the previous game wasn't released for the seventh-generation and GOT CANCELED. Yes, at least, Netherrealm was so good to return the money and told the gamers to sav...

Satirical News: Krisis Aquino School Of Management And Economics (KASME) Now Open As An Online Learning Application

The Legacy Virus pandemic has not stopped education after all. After several arguments to remove the name of John Gokongwei from the name of the ADMU School of Business - the petition was not granted. It was because of an incident where the Gokongwei Clan had taken pictures with President Duterte. The ADMU Freedom Wall decided that their best solution was to create a new online school called the  Krisis Aquino School of Management and Economics (KASME). The school is founded by alumni of ADMU alumni together with some University of the Philippines. KASME now has begun its online learning center. KASME is described to be a school of thought for aspiring businessmen and financial investors. KASME was created as a new tool which would help Filipinos through the current crisis. Among KASME's currently known key founders are not only Krisis but also her cousin Bum Aquino, Yolly Villanueva-Ong, Romulo Macalinlang, Leah Navarro, Maria Ressa, Igat Isidro, Carlo Katigbak, Cynthia Pat...
