WorthPoint I was thinking of how often I was jealous of someone I now dub "Mr. Sinister". This "Mr. Sinister" guy was pretty much the cool kid who had almost any toy he wanted. I remembered how I grew up not having a Super NES (and that Exceedraft episode reminded me of how I hated not having one as a CHILD). I was looking for vintage toys of what I wanted as a child. I remembered the oddity that I wanted a Kamen Rider BLACK RX toy. I remembered how I had some Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers that are now broken. Why I still kept some old toys (and some are broken) is just weird. I still have my Conan the Adventurer toy even if the cartoon show is an Old Shame now. So much for me quarreling with my parents about missing an episode! I really looked for some second-hand toys. Some of them were sold TOO PRICEY. Why would I buy a vintage Kamen Rider toy set for that much? Another offered to sell an entire set (13 pieces) BUT I thought 3,000+ would be too expensive. I c...

Instagram Right now though, I'm still thinking of why in the world did I waste some time watching Megafail just looking at this. 

  I could remember the 1990s were a good and bad time. I could remember how often I quarreled with my parents because I had to miss an episode of my favorite cartoon on a Saturday (such as Conan the Adventurer ) or how owning a PC was a "luxury", how the dial-up modem prevented phone calls, and there was the FLOPPY DISK. I found it so UNRELIABLE especially when it came to making projects. I had to trim down my projects because how these disks had VERY LIMITED SPACE. Yet, these diskettes have been a plot device in many of the past shows. One can talk about action cartoons like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987) or Street Sharks to name a few. You may also talk about Tokusatsu when a floppy disk becomes a plot point.  Maybe, one can think about the 1980s or the 1990s shows. Obviously, the shows had to fit with the times.   I was thinking about why in the world did I ever watch Beast Morphers when I dislike (or maybe even hate) Power Rangers all the while I refuse to call it bootleg (due to legalities). It's also no secret that I've been having a hard time staying afloat with Super Sentai after Go-Busters ended . I felt Kyoryuger was a mess and so was Dino Charge even if they've got great stunts that place Ninninger and Ninja Steel to infinite amounts of shame. I felt ToQGer (awarded as it is) isn't the best of Yasuko Kobayashi's works and the crossover with Kamen Rider Gaim is still a borefest. I'm not old-fashioned but I refuse to think newer is always better. Instead, it's all about if something new develops results. I watched Beast Morphers and had a degree of enjoyment. I tried not to think about Go-Busters (which I think is way better). Super Sentai had a few good entries but I'd say Zyuohger and Zenkaiger aren't good anniversary seasons.
