Satirical News: President Nobita Declares "Pwede Na Yan" Education System

For President Nobita, he always is a patron of the Pwede Na Yan mentality after he approved of ampaw as the Philippines' national food and declared his last SONA will be done in Carcar, Cebu.  After forming the band "No Direction", President Nobita has declared the "Pwede Na Yan" education system.  The DepEd was assigned to make sure all schools are compliant with the Pwede Na Yan education system. "I would like to make the education system of the Philippines more relaxed.  The more relaxed the education system, the better.  Try to compare the suicide rates of Japan and Singapore compared to our country.  We cannot allow the education system to follow the standards of developed countries." said President Nobita. President Nobita imposed the following regulations behind the Pwede Na Yan education system: 1.) Schools should not give homework during the weekend.  Children should have time to have all fun over the weekend. 2.) All College research...

Pinoylitics Throws Away Credibility FOR WINNABILITY

So we have President Nobita who despite his ZERO bills passed, always snoozing on the job and during the coup of his late mother Cory's administration, where was he? At the disco!  And the problem with voting Prseident Nobita is this.  It's ALL because his late father was in the 500 peso bill, it's ALL because his late mother Cory died of cancer, it's ALL because of being an Aquino.  But liste, Nobita is NOT his father Ninoy.  In fact, to assume the child will be always like the father is stupid.  I mean, for example in entertainment we have it that Jaycee Chan is NOWHERE NEAR his father's charm!  Even if a child looks like his father, he is NOT his father.  And one thing, everybody is unique even twins or triplets or quadruplets!  We have our OWN genetic code, our OWN fingerprints! This is Pinoy Politics better known as Pinoylitics! Apparently Pinoys really just like to vote people because of affiliation over credibility.  I mean why vot...

What Went Wrong During the Late Cory's Regime?

Well pardon me if I'm using Tamako Nobi's picture here but I can't help but think of the fictional Nobita's mother as the Philippines is ruled by the real life Nobita.  So the 1987 Constitution started economic backlash which didn't fix the damages of the 20 years of Macoyism, the first Aquino administration brought in some serious problems.  I mean, why vote Cory all because of her late husband Ninoy.  Sad to say, Nobita was just voted for his parents... Ninoy wanted to help restore democracy but unfortunately today the Philippines only has Nobitacracy! While I don't believe Cory was responsible for the Mendiola Massacre but one can consider these problems: 1.) The economic "protectionism" act was no better than the Macoyist crony system.  After all, by allowing foreigners to onl have 40% and not 50% and up, Cory's administration didn't do anything to significantly help control the Macoy damage.  I mean, it just continued cronyism in the ...

Oligarchtricity: What's Wrong with IT?!

The oligarchy basically monopolizes the needs of people to the point that needs become luxury.  Going to developed countries, even the poor there can afford electricity and food.  But what about here?  It's so WTF expensive that it becomes a luxury.  So here's some problems with this term I call "oligarchtricity" which basically means "oligarchy controls your electricity": 1.) Power supply can drop dangerously low then they can become dangerously high.  This means more brownouts and sudden power surges when the power hits back.  Power surges can cause simple handheld gadgets to blow up to dangerous fires. It could be credited to the fact that the oligarchtrical machinery is overworked.  Those oligarchs know it yet they refuse to stop the nonsense because they want to continue oppressing the people! 2.) Higher demand, lower supply means higher prices.  Obviously the oligarchtrical company known as Meralconsumisyon is one to be taking advantage...

Sometimes What's Less Pricy is More Tasty!

In the world of spending, a spendthrift person might think, "What is tasty has to be pricy!"  Not always.  Although it will cost more to eat food items that are tastier but there are times the price isn't right.  That is, it's overpriced. Here are some of my experiences: One ice cream brand I've eaten cost me a lot BUT the taste was not much compared to eating regular ice cream would be better.  Sure Gelato is more expensive but I am willing to spend for it because of the unique taste over overpriced ice cream. Some restaurants just charge you too much and you don't get the right taste and size.  I can't forget eating expensive food that was BLAND.  I mean, really bland to the point that regular foods taste better!  I mean why pay so much and you aren't getting more?  It's just that- while you can't have pay less for more due to the rule of economics and reciprocity but some restaurants just cheat you with psychological pricing.  I mea...

Satirical News: President Nobita Plans to Do Last SONA in Carcar, Cebu

As President Nobita's term is about to come to an end on 2016, he plans to exit it with a bang.  The President of the Philippines plans to do his final Stupidity Of the Nation Address in Carcar, Cebu.  Carcar, Cebu is the pioneer of making the finest ampaw in the Philippines. This was done to commemorate his act where he as President declared ampaw as the national food of the Philippines. "Cebu is indeed the business capital of the Philippines and deserves special attention.  Yet it upsets me that people in Manila don't see it especially with how delicious ampaw from Cebu, Carcar was.  As President, I want to extend the yellow project to Cebu.  I would like to do my SONA in Cebu, Carcar where we will al enjoy quality Filipino lechon and ampaw, two important symbols of the Philippines.  And the most delicious lechon and ampaw are from Carcar.  I believe ampaw should be part of the economic policy.  We will export ampaw and make it part of the Fi...

Some Basic Tips on Backup Cash

It's necessary for the Filipino to jump away from the spendthrift Pinoy mentality and do some basic cash investment.  Now here's what can be done especially with some basic financial plans.  Here are just some basics.  No, this isn't a plan to be a billionaire.  Rather this is a basic back up plan because you will never know when you'll make bad decisions with money or when something will go wrong. Rather, this is a plan to get some financial back-ups. Some practical tips: 1.) Make sure you spend less on trips if you don't have a private transportation.  Ride a jeepney or bus more than you ride a cab.  One good reason is to save money.  Ride a cab only when you are in a hurry. 2.) Avoid spending expensive meals as much as possible.  Make sure if you are spending more, you are getting more. Like it's fair enough to pay PHP 270 for an eat all you can buffet because you get more than pay it for a cupcake! 3.) Remember save your coins! ...
